Emergencies
Anytime you feel your condition or injury is serious or life-threatening, call 911 immediately. Please be sure to notify your primary care physician as soon as possible after your emergency room visit or if you are hospitalized.
Hospital Care
Should you be admitted to the hospital, your primary care physician and other care team members will work closely with physicians called Hospitalists. The Hospitalist (generally an internist specifically trained to care for hospitalized patients) will assist in coordinating your care needs while you're hospitalized. Sequoia Health partners with the following top local hospitals and tertiary care hospitals in the greater Central Valley areas.
